SSH access is available for developers upon request for websites you are developing for your clients.
There is currently no charge for enabling SSH though we reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Please let us know when the website development is complete and you no longer need SSH access. If you need SSH beyond the development cycle open a support ticket and let us know the reason for continued SSH access.
There are only three rules (right now ;^) for SSH enabled accounts:
1. You warrant that you are familiar with SSH and will use SSH at your own risk. Technical support does not extend to providing SSH-based solutions or repairing accidental damage caused by SSH users.
2. Do not upload any exploit files, shell scripts, worms, viruses or anything else that violates our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Our server can detect a very wide range of "bad" code in files and our Support Team will be notified in real-time of any detected hostile scripts and code.
3. Do not use your account to DDoS, hack your server or others' or for spamming, torrent or IRC.
